Hello.<br>I&#39;ve just tryied to download bases and functions from server. I use russian locale settings and all seems to be good. Strings are normal and bases and functions are being saved after closing gretl. The only issue is that when I download a sub-base (one of banco de Espana) the heading is being marked as installed but not the exact sub-base. When I close/open the manager all is good and the proper sub-base is marked as installed and the heading has no status. <br>

I&#39;ve found two small bugs with function manager (File - Function files
- On server...):<br>
1) When I install function package, the local status changes from &quot;Not
installed&quot; to &quot;Up to date&quot; and it becomes installed locally. But, if I
close the manager and open it again, the local status is &quot;Not
installed&quot; again.<br>
2) When I use Russian locale this manager doesn&#39;t correctly display
local status. I get some readable Russian characters and some
&quot;rectangles&quot; instead of translated string &quot;Not installed&quot; (&quot;Не
установлен&quot; in Russian).<br>

Also, I&#39;ve marked some untranslated strings (see .diff attached)<br><font color="#888888">

If any errors come up, we&#39;ll fix them tout de suite, then make
gretl 1.8.0 available.  Also, if any translators have things they
want to update for the forthcoming release, please do that in the
