I still see problems in the
following cases.
1)- Define matrix (initial fill value)

2)- Model window->Save->Define new variable

3)- Main window descriptive labels (decimal dot is used for displayed numbers)

4)- Gnuplot controls->Lines (formula lines show dots)

5)- Gnuplot controls-> Labels, Arrows

It is a relief to see Riccardo and I are not the only obsessed people
here. Seriously though, is it really that hard, in comparison to all
the effort and what is already in there, to provide this feature? I
mean, all that is needed is a clever interpretation layer that will
switch commas with dots. It is probably a bit more complicated than
that but still it cannot be like designing a system like Unicode
involving rules and properties to support dozens of different writing
systems.
