Well, seriously, yes, I would hope so.However, at this point it's not clear to me how to produce such a special build I expect it's not impossible and I'll make some further attempts, but it may be that XP has come to the end of the road so far as gretl updates are concerned.
Oh well, I suppose XP users may want to try Linux then :)
I can certainly see users wanting to stick with an OS that they've found to be reasonably stable over the years, and not wanting to pay the "Microsoft tax" for "upgrades" that might not actually be improvements at all. But after 16 years, and with MS having ended support years ago, I think it ought to be time to reconsider an
attachment to winXP in favour of a free OS.
