It looks like this (see attachments). Currently I don't have WinXP to test this feature, but I suspect it can be the problem with my desktop (openSUSE11.1 / KDE3.5.10).

Umm ... I suspected this rectangles may be caused by an incorrect charset for 
the ru.po file, but I have just obtained it from the CVS and I see the 
charset is correct, and I see the mstr field for the string "Not installed" 
is correctly translated to "Не установлен". It has to be another problem.
