At request from Artut Tarassow, I have prepared a GitHub Actions configuration, that gets the tests from another repository at Sourceforge, named workspace, starts a Ubuntu virtual machine, compiles, installs and runs gretl-gui, and then runs those tests.

Thanks Hélio! It certainly sounds like a good thing.

Maybe we can think about making the tests directly a part of the main source tree. Would that simplify things?
