Does the "set warnings" command help?

As per the doc, it shouldn't, I think. But Marcin's point is a good one. We already have max_verbose and bfgs_verbskip, maybe they could be extended. OTOH, the underlying question is, shouldn't the user "somehow" take notice of those warnings?
