Henrique, could the felogit.gfn failure be due to the same bug that Allin just fixed? I have used Jack's felogit myself so I know it "usually" works. (But I'm running gretl with a non-localized decimal separator.)

Using Gretl 1.10.0cvs (2015-02-22) I see this error message (translated from Portuguese):

Failed to load the "plugin": C:\Program Files\gretl\plugins\stata_import.dll Unable to load "plugin" function
