Where exactly did you look? (We have been discussing whether the various places to look for might not be confusing, because I am sometimes confused myself.)

DBnomics is under File / Databases / DB.nomics / Browse, and then there's EIA in the list. (In German: Datei / Datenbanken / DB.nomics / Stöbern / )

Ok, sorry. I just checked File / Databases / Databases on Server and the list therein. I think that's exactly what they are offering through their API and their Excel Addin.
So sorry for the noise.
