Well, don't worry too much about those warnings.

GTK programs are expecting Gnome icons or themes. I use a Python programs with this dependency path: wxPython >wxWidgets>GTK3
I do get a lot of those warnings, because I use KDE with unusual theme.

on the experimental Windows builds, but not on Linux so far (I think).
