So if package A depends on package B, then "include A.gfn" (in any
regular script that calls functions from A) automatically implies "include B.gfn".

But still, I'm talking about executing the package A in the GUI, so there's no script and no explicit "include A.gfn". Does that still imply "include B.gfn" ?
