Argh, again this didn't last long: Under the Win-11 theme the window
frame icons for minimize/maximize/close aren't visible. There's a
reaction when you click there, but you click blindly. This is different
from the Win-10 theme. But I guess there's nothing that gretl can do
anything about.

Yes, I noticed the absence of visible controls in the header bar. It
seems it should be possible to fix that by editing the css file in the
Windows-11 theme, maybe copying across the relevant chunk from the
Windows-10 theme, but I haven't tried that yet.
