I am writing to report that my students are having considerable difficulty running X13 and tramo-seats for gretl with Windows11.
In particular, several of them are reporting the attached error codes.

In principle the error messages about non-found DLLs would sound like being related to antivirus software blocking the access, but I guess that your students are not running paranoid versions of such software, in contrast to what's often being done on corporate systems?

But someone can surely check whether there's a general problem on Windows 11. (I can do that later, on a different machine.)
