I am seeing a problem with models saved in the session icon view and subsamples. From the GUI open a data file with a full sample of e.g. 2000 obs. and run a first OLS (hsk in my case) command with 1-1000 obs and a second OLS with 1001-2000 saving them to the session. Now with with a the current sample
being the last one, 1001-2000, go to the icon view and open the first model. In the model window select Edit/Modify model and remove a regresor, then the new model is not estimated with its corresponding sample 1-1000, but with the current sample 1001-2000.

This is with the current CVS version of gretl on Ubuntu Linux 12.04
