for MacOS is not mentioned.

Yes, that write-up would have been accurate maybe 15 years ago, but
now it's seriously outdated.

to contact Bill Goffe at goffe (at) oswego.edu for suggestions. I think
we should simply do that, and I could go ahead with that during the next

The problem seems to have resolved itself in the sense tha Bill Goffe's
resources have been replaced with thoroughly updated material, and
without software links.
