There's no "merchandise" such as a printed copy of the guide by the
gretl project AFAIK. It's a free PDF and could be printed by anybody. I
don't know who sold it on Amazon (or anywhere else) back then. Actually
I would think that the price tag mustn't be too high (not too much above
the cost of printing) as per the philosophy of the open source license.
