Yes the Tramo package is up to date. I have installed it before I run the script. I can also see that in the user menu Variable>Linearization by Tramo in enabled, which I assumed means it is installed. 
Yes I have ticked allow shell command from Tools>Preferences>General.

The package info says:
"Requirement:
You should have TRAMO installed and working jointly with gretl."

Do you have Tramo installed?
Also, the code seems to use shell commands; are you allowing those in
the gretl preferences?

(BTW Ignacio, I'm seeing one of those warnings: obsolete use of "=" as
Boolean test: please use "==". The fix is trivial in the line: "if
suma=0". It would be great if you could prepare a mini-update with a new
date and version number.)
