Warm regards. Thanks for your response. I have first unstalled the previouse version and installed the latest release of Gretl. But the error persists. I am using windows XP Home SP3. AMD Athlon(tm) XP 1800+processor 1.5GHz and 1.5GB of Memory. Previouse versions worked fine. Error occurs now. Please find the error signature in the attached file.

You could try to first uninstall the previous version, and then install gretl 1.9.4.

If that is unsuccessful please send more information about the Windows version you are using.
