Everything is OK with the other user (but administrator):

? print "@gnuplot"
C:\userdata\gretl\wgnuplot.exe
? print "@dotdir"
C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Application Data\gretl

2010/9/5 Hélio Guilherme <helioxentric@gmail.com>
? print "@gnuplot"
C:\userdata\gretl\wgnuplot.exe
? print "@dotdir"
C:\Documents and Settings\Hélio\Application Data\gretl

(Is this because my username has an accented e?)

print "@gnuplot"
print "@dotdir"
