Chrome OS is Linux-based and gretl is available for Linux so it ought to be possible to push gretl via suitable management software.

One other thing that by coincidence we briefly discussed recently (after a 5-year gap) is that on a Linux server with GTK3 gretl could be with the broadway module such that a HTML5 web browser can be used to connect to it and see the interface in the browser. Somebody had it running successfully already years ago.
