I downloaded "tramo.inp" and testes it. But gretl responds

What's wrong with my gretl under Windows?

I had forgotten that Ignacio Diaz-Emparanza worked on this sort of
issue, and came up with a clever script.  I'm attaching a copy;
you should be able to modify it for your purposes.
