I guess the crush should be considered a bug. It would be
very helpful if you could fix at least the first problem. My
system is Win 10 with Gretl 2018b.
The changelog for Gretl 2018c contains the entry:
"Prevent crash on failure to access a single dbnomics series"
So you should upgrade I guess. It would be useful if you could
report any remaining problems after the update.
