Thanks, Federico, this is very useful. I'm wondering, however: In the
user guide in the ODBC chapter (42!), it says that on Linux gretl isn't
necessarily built with ODBC support. So how are you using gretl on your
Ubuntu system? Are you using the prebuilt Ubuntu packages, or did you
compile it on your own?
Another minor remark: Perhaps the page title should also contain
"gretl", like "SQLite and gretl" or so?
