Can we add an icon next to the Run (Ctrl+R) to run current line?

That is, line-by-line run the script (starting from the current cursor location within a script file) when pressing this "button"?

This is a feature that I would use often - for some consciously unknown to me reasons :). To be honest I use it a lot in RStudio; there is a button (Ctrl+Enter) to run current line or selection.

I do not know how easy it would be or if the developers and/or the rest of the community would agree to such a feature.
