When used with a matrix, the resample() function takes two optional arguments.

Is it correct to write (for some matrix X)

matrix bootsample = resample(X,,m)

namely, "skip" in this way the first optional argument, while at the same time specifying that the length of the bootstrap sample should be smaller than the original?

If not, what would be the proper way to write this command, when we do not want "resampling by moving blocks", but we do want to do an "m out of n" bootstrap?
