this is what it is actually passing:
C:\Program Files\gretl\gretlcli.exe -b  G:\temp\temp\1.inp
 
 
I'll try and get quotes in there somehow..

I would try with:


"C:\Program Files\gretl\gretlcli.exe" -b batchfile.inp

or

C:\Program~1\gretl\gretlcli.exe -b batchfile.inp
