thanks for fixing it. By the way, what does "snapshots” mean?. Are there compiled versions that I could test? I mean, if you do the work and fix "my" bug, then I could at least help by testing...

 

Re your 2nd question, I added screenshots of the two dialogues. I hope they don’t get lost through the list. Otherwise, I will mail to you directly. Interestingly, now they appeared “before” the main window, so I had no difficulties pinning them down. If I can reproduce the pop-up “behind”, I’ll send you the way I did it.

OK, I see what you mean. The snarl-up here is specific to plotting dated daily data on 64-bit Windows -- it's to do with a recent change in the way gnuplot represents daily dates internally. That's now fixed in CVS and snapshots.

What dialog(s) do you mean here? Testing on Windows 8 I'm not seeing any plot-related dialog box going behind the main window.
