Version 0.3 of the SVEC_GUI package is now installable/updatable from within gretl, so the temporary link given above won't work anymore (and installation is of course not manual anymore).

As mentioned before, the main new feature is the availability of some standard plots.

The special remark about gretl 2019d still applies until 2020a will be released.
