OK, sorry to populate this thread all by myself, but here is some news. I'm attaching a small example Latex document with some incorporated updates. The long lists in the "morekeywords" fields are essentially the updates to hansl since 2013. Of course, eventually we should get those right into the listings package.
The document compiles fine for me with pdflatex.

The syntax coloring style right now is pretty arbitrary, see the colors I chose in the \lstset block.

Ignacio, if you read this, do you have any hints on how to get changes into the listings package?
