Yes, I followed the following link /System/Library/CoreServices/Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/Installer
and when I opened it, I can see the follwoing message

“Last login: Fri Nov 4 07:08:25 on ttys000

The default interactive shell is now zsh.

To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.

But I am not sure what next.

This is about a reported failure of installation of the gretl package
on macOS Ventura.

I have a further suggestion. Try starting the Installer app. If it's
not obvious how to find it, I believe it can be located at

/System/Library/CoreServices/Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/Installer

If you can get this app to open, I believe it should have a "Window"
menu with an item titled "Installer Log". Hopefully that will give
some information that's relevant for troubleshooting.
