I should have sent you this message via the gretl mailing list, but it seems there is a technical problem with the server. I would be glad if you can show me how to compute orthonormal and orthogonal of a matrix in gretl. For example, if alpha matrix is α = {-0.2,-0.3;0.1,-0.4}.
