Where are you getting this from? All I get when I run your code is:

? include SVAR.gfn
SVAR.gfn

Error executing script: halting
> include SVAR.gfn
<hansl>

I can't see it amongst the function packages, either.

My -gretl- v1.9.92 has just been freshly updated from CVS.
