However, it responded a missing `appendix.sty&#39; file so that I cannot make it (part<br>

&quot;appendix.sty&quot; is not in the base texlive distribution. You need to install texlive-latex-extra, as in<br>

sudo apt-get install texlive-latex-extra<br>
