I tested your script under ubunto with CVS build and did not reproduce your bug.

Used both Portuguese variants.

You forgot to mention your operative system.

The plot called "Gráfico" cannot be opened in the Gretl icon view. The only way it works is taking away the accented name (using "Grafico" instead of "Gráfico").
