Dear Allin,

Thanks for your quick response and solution for the last reported problem.
I have another small problem related to the last one.

I can recall this similar small bug occurring long time ago.... That is,

After I plot a series and add a "Chinese" title of plot, then copy it to clipboard. I got many error messages:

"Invalid byte sequence in conversion input..."

The following script replicates the situation I describe:

<script>
open djclose
smpl 1988/01/04 1989/12/29
gf1 <- gnuplot djclose {set title "¤¤¤å¼ÐÃD";} --time-series --output=display --with-lines
gf1.show
</script>

It is minor but sometimes bothersome.
Thanks

Yi-Nung

Good to hear. Hopefully, before too long the Linux distros will
ship gnuplot 4.4.0 or higher and we can get rid of that "remedial"
web-page.
