If you like Gretl's graphics, why don't you learn Gnuplot?

(maybe you can easily adapt Gretl's plots to your data)

There is a new book about it, advertised in this list by its author.

(there is some interfacing with JMulti data in Gretl, but I am not the right user to talk about that)
