I am not 100% sure but "econtwitter.net" should be the server on which the gretl account was opened. Mastodon is a decentralized social network, so from what I understand, it runs on different servers unlike classic social networks like twitter or facebook.
The fact that there is "twitter" in the name should just be a choice of the administrator.

That's great, thanks for the effort, Artur! But why does a mastodon
account have the word "twitter" in it, I'm slightly confused...
