how to change the range of axis in multiple graphs?

When I use multiple graphs to plot time series, somehow the axis did not fit my data range at all. For example, my data is 2001 to 2008, the x-axis appears to have something like 2001 to 2050, making the graphs useless. Does someone know how to fix the axis? Thank you! Regards, Rebecca

hint: gretl crashes again (build date 2008-07-14)

Hello, i just downloaded the unstable gretl version 1.7.5 (build date 2008-07-14). I tried to load different session files which worked with the version before pretty well. But now gretl crashes while I try to load the file out of gretl or directly. Best regards Artur

Hello, gretl crashes while trying to load a session file on which i worked yesterday. To be frank with you: it is not the first time that gretl does this. I don not know what the problem is. I have this problem on WinXP and Ubuntu 8.04. At the moment I am using gretl 1.7.5 but I also had this problem with former versions, artur Unbegrenzter Speicher, Top-Spamschutz, 120 SMS und eigene E-MailDomain inkl. http://office.freenet.de/dienste/emailoffice/produktuebersicht/power/mail...

compacting dataset bug and workaround needed

Hello, I have a dataset, which I would like to compact form 10 to 1. In other words, there are 10 measurements a year. But I would like to average the 10 obs int 1. I try the following:? ? setobs 10 1:01 Full data range: 1:01 - 50:10 (n = 500) ? dataset compact 1 This command won't work with the current periodicity. It works with setobs 12 1:01.
