Dynamic Panel Question

Dear sir/madam,
I have an equation about the Dynamic Panel Model using the GMM System. I do
not understand the term "Including equations in levels". Does this
mean that the independent variables are without differences and lags? So do
I have to add the equations with differences and a delay of each
independent variable?? I was confused about it. Could you help me
understand this more clearly?

Hi
Gretl 2021c came in a zipped file gretl-2021c.tar.xz which I downloaded
from Sourceforge and then unzipped using Winrar. I am using Window 10
platform.
The attached jpg file shows almost all subfolders in the unzipped folder
and on the right hand side, some individual files also. One not shown in
the jpg image in the individual files list is a file called INSTALL which
has 2KB of contents. But it is not an executable installation file. So
where in all the subfolders or somewhere else is an installation file that
will install an executable gretl programme for version 2021-c with what I
have downloaded?

gretl 2021c released

Apologies for cross-posting, but here's the change log for the 2021c

- New function contains(): indicates whether a numerical
object contains members of a specified set
- New function bcheck(): aids in handling bundle arguments
to user-defined functions
- New command "panspec": substantially, the old "hausman"
command under a different name; for the moment, "hausman"
is still kept as an alias for backward compatibility
- fcstats() matrix row labels: distinguish U1 vs U2 variant
of Theil's U statistic
- msplitby(): allow for more flexible syntax
- printing of bundles: sort members by type and key
- "print" command: make more flexible, it now includes
most of the functionality of "eval"
- "var" command with --lagselect option: add a --minlag
option to allow testing against 0 lags, or imposing the
assumption that at least p > 1 lags are needed
- "set" command: new variable "datacols" to control the max
number of series to print side by side
