Yes, it is; well worth considering. But despite the existence of a
"gretl" tag, I'm reading some of the experienced contributors saying
that software-specific questions are not really wanted. Among the
tags, I see "r" (should be "R"), "python" and
"matlab", but the
great majority seem to be software-neutral (e.g. "moments",
"autocorrelation", "chi-square").
Can anyone who has spent more time on stats.stackexchange clarify?
