the --factorized option makes life much easier. Thanks Allin for
implementing this feature!
When using it I noticed that there is a slight difference between script
command and GUI/console:
the GUI/console boxplot has the option of a numerical summary (and is
blue) while
the boxplot made by script command is not equally sophisticated - no
summary (and it's red).

I think this should now be fixed in CVS.
