Thanks, Artur. The problem is that the scalars window is just
not set up to update properly when you run a script: closing
it and reopening it should show correct values.
Obviously this ought to be fixed -- either so it updates
correctly, or it's automatically closed when you run a script.
I'll be offline for a few days, but will take a look at it
when I can.
