[Gretl-users] gretl "command not found"

I am trying to build Gretl 1.7.9 from source to run on my Mac G4 laptop. I have followed all of the instructions on the website. Everything seemed to work fine throughout the process, although I am quite new to unix code. But... when I try to type "gretl" into xterm, it says: -bash: gretl: command not found Interestingly, when I type gretlcli, the command line interface comes up fine. Isn't the command gretl supposed to bring up the GUI? If so, what's going on here? Thanks.
