Actually, I'd rather keep it as a script. My personal preference is not to
bloat the source with things that can be done with scripts, unless they're
absolutely standard or there are compelling computational reasons. In fact,
the more users get accustomed to using scripts, the more likely it becomes
that they will end up writing scripts themselves. With the (forthcoming)
mechanism for easily integrating user scripts into the graphical interface,
this will hopefully lead to the creation of a script library for the most
diverse needs. The heckit script I posted a few days ago goes precisely in
that direction.
