I wonder if it could make sense to make use of Oleh Kamashko's old a_eff
or margeff_el packages, instead of introducing new functions for
marginal effects. (The precise difference between them is still not 100%
clear to me, though - Oleh himself wrote in the a_eff doc: "margeff_el
by Oleh Komashko can deal with elasticities and marginal effects after
user-specified models." - but what exactly is meant with user-specified
models in this context?)
