Thanks for the report. It seems there was a hole in the backward
compatibility for daily dates after we switched to ISO 8601 in gretl
1.9.12. (That is, the canonical date string is now YYYY-MM-DD rather
than YYYY/MM/DD, but the intent was to continue to support the
latter.)
That's now fixed in CVS; snapshots will follow.
