Printing with syntax highlighting is disabled on MS Windows at present, because it wasn't working. The printable page size is totally messed up, somewhere in the GTK/gtksourceview stack. Such printing should work fine on Linux and OS X, and I'll make it available for Windows if I can find a workaround for the bug in question.
