OK, there's another attempt (snapshot) today. This time I've tested on
XP, in English, German and Spanish, and the model table is working OK
for me.
Hm.. for me it still crashes when I try to view the model table after
adding a model to it. (Same thing as before: estimate ols, save as
session symbol, add model to table, then view the model table - crash.)
The only non-standard thing I did when installing the latest snapshot
was to change the install dir from c:\userdata\gretl to
c:\programme\gretl (programme is equivalent to program files in English,
the default application dir in German locale, with the added benefit of
not containing spaces). But I always do this without problems; btw, why
"userdata", gretl is the only program I know that does this?
I doubt that's the reason, but didn't want to hold back anything.
