The maximum number of iterations in that context is not adjustable at
present. In git I've raised it from 100 to 250, but in my experience
the iterative system estimators converge quite quickly if they're
going to converge at all. It might be worth noting that iterated 3SLS
is not a particularly "interesting" estimator, in the sense that
iteration doesn't give you an MLE (as sometimes happens).
