You mean, when you click "OK" in the model specification dialog box?
We've had some trouble with gretl on Ubuntu before, related to Ubuntu's
hacking on GTK in the context of Unity. I don't know if that could be the
issue here. Can anyone else comment?
Oh, and could you tell us what version of gretl this is? Thanks.
