Hi, it's simple and... it isn't. The newest version - 1.7.4 - exists in lenny distro (deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian lenny main). But if you use current stable Debian version you have to make so colled "mixed" distribution consists on stable and testing distros. To do it just add following lines to /etc/apt/apt.conf: APT::Default-Release "testing"; APT::Cache-Limit 20000000; APT::Get::AllowUnauthenticated 1; Than add such line to sources: deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian lenny main After that: apt-get update, apt-get install gretl -t testing Marcin Thomas La Bone pisze: > > Can someone tell me the repository for the latest debian version of > Gretl?
